These Terms govern your use of FixMyRoute, a service operated by NG Technologies LLC ("we", "us"). By using FixMyRoute, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
FixMyRoute is a tool that reads a screenshot of your delivery stop list and suggests an optimized driving order. It is provided for convenience only. Routes up to 27 delivery stops are free; routes of 28 or more stops require a paid unlock.
Routes up to 27 delivery stops are free to use — no payment, no account. Routes of 28 or more stops can be unlocked for $0.99 per route. That is a one-time payment covering that route only; it is not a subscription, nothing recurs, and no account is required.
An optional monthly subscription ($7.99/mo, cancel anytime) also exists and remains available to existing subscribers. It entitles routes of any size for as long as it is active. It is not required to use the service and is not the standard way to pay — the per-route unlock is.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your payment card details. Prices are stated in US dollars and may change; the price shown to you at checkout is the price you pay for that purchase.
Route unlocks are one-time purchases and are non-refundable once the optimized route has been delivered to you. A monthly subscription may be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period already paid for, and we do not provide partial refunds for that period. There is nothing to cancel for a one-time route unlock.
Nothing in this section limits any statutory right of withdrawal, cancellation, or refund you may have as a consumer in the EU or UK, or any other right that cannot be waived or limited under the law that applies to you. If a payment succeeded but your route did not unlock, contact us at support@fixmyroute.com.
You must be 18 years of age or older to use FixMyRoute. By using the service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.
FixMyRoute is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon, and is not an official Amazon product. "Amazon Flex" is a trademark of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates.
Optimized routes are suggestions, not instructions. You are solely responsible for driving safely, obeying all traffic laws, following Amazon's policies, and meeting your delivery obligations. Do not interact with the app while driving. We are not responsible for missed deliveries, delays, fines, accidents, or any consequences of using the suggested route.
You are solely responsible for all content you upload to FixMyRoute, including screenshots and images. You must not upload any content that is illegal, harmful, or inappropriate, including images of minors. Uploading such content is strictly prohibited. NG Technologies LLC does not review or store uploaded images; they are processed transiently to produce your route. We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access for any violation of these Terms. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NG Technologies LLC from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the content you upload.
FixMyRoute provides suggested delivery stop ordering only and does not provide navigation, driving directions, or real-time road condition information. Road closures, construction, loss of cellular signal, weather conditions, and other real-world factors are beyond the control of FixMyRoute. Drivers should always rely on their own judgment and their delivery platform's navigation for actual driving. Do not use FixMyRoute while operating a vehicle. Always park safely before interacting with the app. FixMyRoute is not responsible for delays, missed deliveries, vehicle damage, personal injury, or any other consequences arising from following the suggested stop order. Route optimization is based on estimated distances and does not account for real-time traffic, road closures, or road accessibility.
FixMyRoute is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that addresses will be read correctly, that routes will be optimal, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NG Technologies LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of earnings, arising from your use of (or inability to use) FixMyRoute. Our total liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or $10.
Do not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may rate-limit or block access to protect the service.
FixMyRoute™, including its name, logo, user interface, design, software, algorithms, and all associated content, is the exclusive property of NG Technologies LLC, a Washington limited liability company. The FixMyRoute trademark is the subject of a pending United States trademark application (USPTO Serial No. 50034812). The visual interface design of the FixMyRoute application is the subject of a pending United States copyright registration (U.S. Copyright Office Case No. 1-15196843771, filed June 30, 2026).
You may not, without prior written permission from NG Technologies LLC:
NG Technologies LLC actively monitors for unauthorized use and will pursue all available legal remedies against infringement, including statutory damages under 17 U.S.C. § 504, injunctive relief, and attorneys' fees.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
