FixMyRoute is operated by NG Technologies LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what data the service handles and how. FixMyRoute is built to need as little of your data as possible.
FixMyRoute does not require an account, email, password, or sign-in. We do not ask for your name, phone number, or Amazon credentials, and we never access your Amazon Flex account.
When you upload screenshots of your stop list, they are sent to our processing services to read the addresses and compute an optimized route. Images are handled by AI-powered text recognition to read the addresses, those addresses are resolved to map coordinates through an address resolution service, and a route optimization algorithm determines the suggested order. Your screenshots are processed transiently to produce your route and are not stored on our servers afterward.
Your in-progress route and an optional home address you enter are saved in your browser's local storage on your own device, so you can reload without losing your route. This data stays on your device, is not transmitted to us as a profile, and is cleared when you start a new route or clear your browser storage.
We use third-party analytics services to understand aggregate, anonymous usage (for example, how many routes are optimized). We do not sell your data, and we do not use it to identify you personally.
FixMyRoute relies on third-party providers for text recognition, address resolution, hosting, and analytics. Data sent to these providers is processed only to deliver the service and is subject to their respective privacy policies.
FixMyRoute is intended for delivery drivers and is not intended for anyone under 18 years old.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
